URSULA SIEBERT (AKA “Ribbon Girl”) has competed in ribbon dancing competitions all over the world: Poland, Canada, & Florida (to name a few). Fans have referred to Ursula's ribbons as extensions of her soul, penetrating the audience. Her hero is her future self.
